Drury Inn & Suites Marion, Marion

My stay at Drury Inn was a mixed bag of experiences. The hotel offers exceptionally friendly service and a great location with easy access to shopping and dining options. However, the rooms were extremely small, despite being clean and always neat upon my return.

The hotel was very hot and stayed quiet, which was great. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds and great temperature control, although I wish they had a king bed instead of a pull-out couch. The service went out of their way to please, from the front desk to the food service and cleaning staff, and they were very efficient and very personable. The location worked very well for us, by what was called Kickstart which included three free drinks and free evening food. The pool area closed too early for our liking, but overall, it was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The dining experience presented well and kept clean, although we had been sitting for a while and were not very good. The facilities were overall in better shape, as it's newer and worked very well for us, although it is way too crowded for my preference.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms and extremely friendly staff. The location was excellent, close to shopping and restaurants, though dining could have been better with more variety. The facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable, offering good value for money overall.
